The Problem #
With a proof of concept in place from the engineering team, the business needed a designer that could take ownership and craft a MVP for its mobile and web applications.
In addition, VP needed:
- Wider design needs to be met for the PR and Marketing teams
- The groundwork to be laid for a product that would evolve over the years
The Solution #
Generating a buzz on social media for a product is one thing. VP didn’t have a working landing page to direct those interested. I quickly designed its initial site that would allow the company to establish an online presence. Additionally, it enabled the company to capture and grow its email list. After working relentlessly on several design mobile concepts, we converged on a sleek, candy-like design that aimed to capture the attention of the young demographic leading the charge with peer-to-peer payments. I also created VPs initial design system that would evolve over the years, enabling design to be scaled.
